Mr. Salvino is a partner in the Litigation Department.  He practices exclusively in the area 'of workers' compensation and represents self-insured employers, third party administrators and insurance companies in all aspects of workers' compensation defense work.

Mr. Salvino received his B.A. from St. Joseph University in 1986 and his J.D. from Villanova University in 1991. After law school, Mr. Salvino clerked for Justice Frank J. Montemuro, Jr. and Madam Justice Sandra Schultz Newman of the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Lehigh County Bar Association, The Berks County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section.  Mr. Salvino is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association committee for Appellate Selection of Judicial Candidates in which he has led investigative panels to help determine the appropriate rating to provide to judges and individuals who aspire to be judges throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Salvino is also a Commissioner on the Upper Macungie Planning Commission.

Mr. Salvino is a frequent lecturer and presenter in workers' compensation subjects as well as a frequent author of many articles and/or publications in the area.  Mr. Salvino was lead counsel for the employer in Judith Ortt v. PPL, No 2085 CD 20074, a case in which a leading business journal noted was one of the most important workers' compensation cases in the 2005 term of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.

In 2007, Mr. Salvino was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine.  Mr. Salvino has been AV rated by the MartindaleHubbell peer review rating system.  Also, Mr. Salvino is proficient in Italian and he is a member of the National Italian American Foundation.
