Mr. Kushnir is an associate in the Subrogation Department.  He has practiced in the field of property subrogation since 2005, handling cases involving complex fire, structural collapse, product liability and transportation issues from the investigative stage to litigation.  Mr. Kushnir is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.  He also practices throughout a 25-state territory using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.

Mr. Kushnir received his B.S. from Temple University in 1998, and his J.D. in 2003 from Temple University Beasley School of Law.  Mr. Kushnir is fluent in Russian.

Mr. Kushnir has authored law review articles for Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and New York Bar Association's Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Journal.
