Mr. Heskin is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department. He has a broad range of experience in complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage, bad faith, mass tort defense, asbestos defense, class action defense, bankruptcy litigation and securities litigation. His practice now focuses primarily on environmental coverage disputes and bad faith.
Prior to joining White and Williams LLP, Mr. Heskin was counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in their New York office. There, he represented a wide variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies engaged in complex commercial and securities litigation to individuals involved in regulatory investigations.
Mr. Heskin received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Mayville State University in 1996, where he was an Academic All-American in football. He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Albany Law School in 1999. Mr. Heskin is a member of the Albany Law Review and was as Associate Editor from 1997-99. As a member of the Albany Law Review he authored "Florida's State Constitutional Adjudication: A Significant Shift as Three New Members Take Seats on the State's Highest Court?", 62 Alb. L. Rev. 1574 (1999).
Mr. Heskin is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New York. He is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
