Mr. Flynn is an associate in the Tax, Pension, and Estates Practice Group of the Business Department.  He concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration, as well as federal, state, local and international tax matters.

Mr. Flynn received his B.A. in 2001 from Georgetown University, and his J.D. in 2005 from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as Editor of the Villanova Tax Law Compendium.  His directed research, The Special Needs Trust: Enriching the Lives of Disabled Individuals, explored the estate planning opportunities available to public benefits recipients.  Following graduation, Mr. Flynn continued his course of studies in taxation at Georgetown University Law Center and the Villanova University School of Law Graduate Tax Program, where he received his LL.M. in Taxation in 2006 and earned the distinction of graduating in the top ten percent of his class. 

Mr. Flynn is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey, the American Bar Association Section of Taxation and the Philadelphia Bar Association Committee for Legal Rights of Persons with Disabilities.  Mr. Flynn also serves on the Alumni Board of Attorneys of St. Joseph's Preparatory School in Philadelphia.
