Mr. Pingitore is a partner in the Subrogation Department.  He practices exclusively in the field of  insurance subrogation throughout a 25-state territory utilizing the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.  He is a 1991 graduate of Pennsylvania State University and received his J.D. in 1999 from Temple University School of Law.  Mr. Pingitore is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.  Before becoming a practicing lawyer, Mr. Pingitore worked in the fields of real estate development and commercial property management.

Mr. Pingitore has successfully litigated numerous complex matters involving building collapses, structural failures, vehicle fires, dust processing explosions, gas explosions, utility failures, fire spread cases, transit and fire losses.  His experience includes all phases of litigation through jury trial.
