Mr. Parashes is a partner and is chairman of the Subrogation/Property Department.  He focuses his practice on insurance subrogation.

He has extensive litigation and trial experience in the subrogation field and has also served as an expert witness and consultant on the subject.  Additionally, he has published extensively on subjects related to insurance subrogation and has served as a lecturer and teacher on the subject at national insurance industry forums, including the Property Loss Research Bureau and National Association of Subrogation Professionals.

Mr. Parashes received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Bowdoin College in 1972 and his J.D. in 1975 from Temple University School of Law.  He has been practicing since 1975 and is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey but practices throughout a twenty-five state territory using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation/Property Department.  He is an Elected Associate Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a member of the Board and Executive Committee of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.  Mr. Parashes was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.  Mr. Parashes has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
