Mr. Mooney is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on business disputes.
Mr. Mooney has expertise in litigation of disputes involving contracts, legal and accounting malpractice, securities, real estate and construction, intellectual property and employment relationships, and has tried cases and argued appeals in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts.
Mr. Mooney holds a B.S. in Finance from of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and obtained his J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University School of Law, where he finished third in his class and served as a Note/Comment Editor of the Temple Law Review.
He serves as a Settlement Master for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and is a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel, the Philadelphia Stock Exchange Arbitration Panel, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Professional Liability Committee. Mr. Mooney has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
