Ms. Dixon is an associate in the Litigation Department.  She focuses her practice on appellate litigation.

Ms. Dixon prepares briefs and drafts motions and memoranda on a wide array of legal issues before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as before the Pennsylvania appellate courts.  Ms. Dixon has also written articles on issues ranging from the preemptive force of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) to the doctrine of informed consent in medical malpractice litigation.

Ms. Dixon received her B.A. from Appalachian State University in 1991 and a M.C.J. from the University of South Carolina in 1994. Ms. Dixon received her J.D., cum laude, from Temple University School of Law in 2000.   While at Temple, Ms. Dixon was a staff member of the Temple Law Review and was the recipient of the Barrister's Award for Outstanding Oral Advocacy and the Horace G. Brown Scholars-in-Law Scholarship.  Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Ms. Dixon is also admitted to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Dixon is currently a member of the Lawyer's Club of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Bar Association, Appellate Courts Committee, and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.
