Mr. Koscil is an associate in the Business Department and a member of the Tax, Pension and Estates Practice Group.  His practice focuses on estate planning and administration as well as issues of federal, state, local and international taxation.

Mr. Koscil received his B.B.A. in 2004 and his M.S. in Accountancy in 2005, both from the University of Notre Dame.  Mr. Koscil obtained his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law in 2008.  While at Villanova, he was a two-year member of the Moot Court Board and Vice President of the Tax Law Society.  He also served as a Teaching Assistant in Legal Writing and Oral Advocacy during his final year. 

Mr. Koscil is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.  He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
