Ms. O'Neill is a partner in the Litigation Department and is a member the Environmental and Toxic Torts Practice Group.

Ms. O'Neill represents chemical, pharmaceutical, and other companies in the defense of toxic tort, product liability and environmental actions.  She has defended mass tort and class action claims for personal injuries, property damage, and medical monitoring, and CERCLA, RCRA, and HSCA actions.  She serves as a Pennsylvania Liaison Counsel for hospitals in breast implant litigation.

Ms. O'Neill received her B.S. in 1975 from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D., cum laude, in 1980 from Temple University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Ms. O'Neill is a member of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel, Pennsylvania Defense Institute, and Defense Research Institute. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel, and served as its representative on the Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor's Pro Bono Task Force.  Ms. O'Neill has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
