Mr. Pauciulo is a partner in the Business Department and Chair of the Firm's Corporate Practice Group.  He advises clients with respect to corporate and commercial transactions, securities and real estate matters.

Mr. Pauciulo represents entrepreneurs and business owners in connection with entity formation (including agreements among equity holders) and general contract matters.

Mr. Pauciulo has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, real estate acquisition and development projects and securities offerings.

Mr. Pauciulo has represented companies, both public and private, in connection with industry consolidations (roll-ups) in the staffing, information technology, cable television and light construction industries. He also represents borrowers and lenders in a wide variety of sophisticated financing transactions including private equity financing transactions such as capital call bridge facilities and management company lines of credit.

Mr. Pauciulo received his B.A. in History from Villanova University in 1987 and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1990.  Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Pauciulo worked for two years with the Securities and Exchange Commission's New York office.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  In 2005, Mr. Pauciulo was named in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" attorney by Law & Politics magazine. 

Mr. Pauciulo is an active member of the community serving on the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Neighborhood Housing Services, a non-profit organization providing affordable housing and providing pro bono legal services through the Homeless Advocacy Project.
