Mr. Orlando is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Plaintiff's Personal Injury Practice Group (See the group's website at www.thepanjinjurylawyers.com). Mr. Orlando represents both plaintiffs and defendants. He has tried many significant product liability, construction accident, automobile and trucking accident, dram shop, civil rights and premises liability cases. Mr. Orlando has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in various Alternate Dispute Resolution forums. He has also served as a mediator and an arbitrator.

Mr. Orlando also works with other attorneys at the Firm to assist clients in their efforts to avoid violating federal, state and local regulations, to limit liabilities and to form profitable strategic plans.

Mr. Orlando received his B.S. in accounting from St. Joseph's University in 1975. Before attending law school, Mr. Orlando was an auditor and a local police officer. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the Temple University School of Law in 1983. Mr. Orlando is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and is admitted to appear before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. In 2009 and 2010, Mr. Orlando was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine. Mr. Orlando has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
