Ms. Wojciechowski is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department.  She concentrates her practice in the representation of insurers in coverage disputes over primary and excess policy obligations for various types of claims, including construction defect, mold, general liability (products/premises), libel/slander, director's and officer's liability, professional liability/medical malpractice, media liability, public official's liability, police liability, and school board liability.

Ms. Wojciechowski previously served as a Senior Claims Examiner at Summit Risk Services where she routinely made coverage determinations and resolved claims under various types of insurance, including public official's liability, police liability, school board liability, business errors and omissions, professional liability, and employment practices liability.

Ms. Wojciechowski received her B.S., cum laude, in 1996 from Trenton State College, and her J.D. in 1999 from Villanova University School of Law.  At Villanova, she served as Managing Editor of Student Works for the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal.  Also during law school, she completed an internship with the Honorable James Melinson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  She is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy of Temple University.  Ms. Wojciechowski is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
