Ms. Venditta is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department with a broad range of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation and bad faith.  She concentrates her practice on the vigorous defense of life, health and disability claims and particularly the defense of insurers and employers in ERISA litigation involving benefit denial, fiduciary liability and related issues.

Ms. Venditta has litigated cases throughout the mid-Atlantic region in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and New York, and has lectured on employee benefits litigation and related issues. She has substantial experience in a variety of medical and insurance issues, including the defense of professional medical liability and catastrophic personal injury claims, and the handling of complex insurance coverage litigation.  She has been a frequent speaker and written on a variety of ERISA litigation issues, collaborating in the production of the ERISALaw Case Digest, an essential resource tracking the ever-evolving national ERISA case law.

Ms. Venditta received her B. Mus., cum laude, from Immaculata College in 1975 and her J.D. from the Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1981, where she was a published member of the principal Law Review, The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.  She is a member of the American Bar Association (TIPS and Health Law Sections), Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and Chester County Bar Association. Ms. Venditta is also a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and Defense Research Institute, where she is State Liaison to the Life, Health and Disability Committee for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Venditta has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
