Mr. Konzelmann is a partner in the Subrogation Department.  He practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation.  He received his B.A. from LaSalle University in 1987 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1990.

Mr. Konzelmann is also a volunteer interior structural firefighter in his town's fire department.  He regularly attends hands-on and classroom fire service training, which makes him uniquely qualified to investigate and litigate fire claims.

Mr. Konzelmann provides formal monthly classroom training to the members of the Subrogation Department.  Topics address all aspects of recovery law.  The training keeps the members of the department up to date on issues and trends in the subrogation field.

Mr. Konzelmann is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and the District of Columbia and has investigated and litigated claims throughout the eastern half of the United States.
