Mr. Tishler is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation.  Mr. Tishler received his B.A. from Temple University in 2003 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2006.

Mr. Tishler is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, but practices throughout a 25-state territory using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department. 

While in law school, Mr. Tishler served as a legal intern for the Honorable Arnold L. New in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, First Judicial District of Pennsylvania and as a law clerk for Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania.  Prior to joining White and Williams LLP, Mr. Tishler worked for a Philadelphia area defense firm where he focused primarily on personal injury defense and motor vehicle subrogation.
