Ms. Panigrahi is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation. She received her B.A., cum laude, in 1998 from the University of Pennsylvania, and her J.D. from Villanova University in 2003, where she was President of the Women's Law Caucus. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable Denis P. Cohen in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas from 2003 through 2005.

Ms. Panigrahi has been practicing since 2003 and is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, but practices throughout a 25-state territory under a special program of the Subrogation Department.  She has presided as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County since 2006.  She was recently appointed the Editor-in-Chief of the Philadelphia Bar Reporter and previously served as Secretary of the Professional Responsibility Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
