Terlingo of Archer & Greiner PC. Scott and Christopher’s panel discussed the recent ruling by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to ban the use of non-compete agreements which stated that many businesses will be evaluating the impact the ruling has had on their business.

It's important to note that non-compete agreements are more common than you would expect and are integral documents in any successful business transaction.
