John has over 30 years of experience in insurance coverage, “bad faith” and other claims. He has been involved in sophisticated insurance-related cases in multiple states. Among these are substantial coverage disputes involving environmental pollution and other complex claims.

John has over 30 years of experience in insurance coverage, “bad faith” and other claims. He has been involved in sophisticated insurance-related cases in multiple states. Among these are substantial coverage disputes involving environmental pollution and other complex claims.

In addition to liability coverage, John has experience handling claims under first-party property insurance policies including claims related to the COVID pandemic. He has also defended insurance agents/brokers malpractice and other claims.

During law school, John served on the staff of the Rutgers Law Journal and authored two criminal law publications. He also interned with the Honorable Edward R. Becker of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

John has conducted in-house training and client programs. He successfully completed the Dickinson School of Law trial advocacy program for practicing lawyers.

John helped design and is a co-editor of the White and Williams Complex Insurance Coverage Reporter publication and website. He has served on the firm’s Women’s Initiative Committee and oversees a pro bono partnership with the SeniorLAW Center and one of the firm’s institutional clients to conduct life planning clinics for senior citizens.
